How to Return a Product

To return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at primesupply.market@gmail.com before sending the item back and we will guide you through the process.

Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened makeup or skincare products, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Products
